SO I really let my review be based on today's order, which has super disappointed us. I've been going to Dusal for years and I always appreciate the food. That we ordered a Sicilian pizza with the works tonight... I took it up, got to my car and when I checked it, they did it wrong. It was easy. So I took them back, they offered to rotate them and even deliver them, but my answer was good and I would wait. So I waited outside in my car and after about twenty or so minutes they came out of the new pizza. Naturally, we were eager to see how Dusals would compare.During a birthday party at my place, attended by about 10 friends from Staten Island, we decided to order from Dusals. We got a total of 5 pies – 1 cheese regular, 1 cheese pepperoni, two bar pies, and 1 regular cheese with pineapple, peppers, and sausage (a birthday girl's quirky request we couldn't refuse).Surprisingly, all 5 pies vanished within about 20 minutes, although it felt like just 5 minutes to me. Ordered pizza from Dusal's via an app and it arrived in a timely manner. When I opened the box, I see a very good looking pizza. Nice brown crust, cheese cooked to perfection, and dollops of sauce around the pie.I want to start off by saying that the pizza wasn't bad but when I bit into my slice though, I was slightly disappointed. It didn't taste as great as it looked. One person said it was a bit too salty. That wasn't the issue for me. I felt that the sauce was a bit more on the sour side. Not that it was bad but if it had a hint of sweetness this pie would have been amazing. The crust was cooked well though. Now I know I might be nitpicking but I do hold NJ/NY pizza to a higher standard....

AMAZING CATERING! Luckily for all of us, Greg and Bryan are the new owners of Dusal?s. The guys were able to meet all my catering needs in a relatively short period of time. I called him a week before my event explaining that needed pizza and two gluten free and dairy free dishes. Any other Italian restaurant owners may have scoffed at this or would have said that there?s not a lot they could do. Not Greg or Bryan. Greg and Bryan went above and beyond to customize and send a tray of chicken cacciatore and chicken Italiano. The delivery was exactly on time. The food was great. FOOD! I've tried most of the slices at this point, and the vodka granny is my favorite all the time, I'm going to get home from work. . Fried burrata is crazy. All dinner specials were so delicious, and big portion sizes, I don't stop eating when I'm full, I stop listening when it's gone! The new owner Bryan is very human and really goes beyond and beyond. Feels like family life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS!!!
The grandma's pizza is definitely worth the journey! They prepare the thin crust perfectly—just the right amount of dough, and the sauce is flavorful. I wish mine had been cooked a bit longer, but after popping it in the oven at home and adding some fresh garlic, it became exceptional. It's easily the best pizza in the area. The Margherita slice is also a standout. Thank you so much!
This is the best pizza spot in the area! The food is incredibly fresh, and the staff is fantastic. The owner even stopped by our table to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food. I will definitely be coming back with my family!

This place has a warm and inviting atmosphere, along with delicious food. The service is outstanding. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time, they were receiving a lot of orders through delivery services like DoorDash, yet they still handled everything efficiently.
The Stromboli I ordered was not completely boiled. When I came home, I had to bake it for 10 minutes in the oven because there were still uncooked dough in the middle.
