I’ve been living in the area for the past few years and have had a range of experiences at this restaurant. However, last night Sam at Papa John's made a significant impression. He was friendly and personable when handling payments and calls, and he even fulfilled my specific requests for my order. This place could definitely use more people like Sam. By the way, my girlfriend is a huge fan of the wings and the new Parmesan Crusted Philly Cheesesteak Papadia. It’s like a gourmet version of a Hot Pocket!
I used to visit this restaurant quite frequently, but after my last experience, I won't be returning. They mistakenly gave my order to another customer and had to remake it. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait as I needed to leave for work. They didn’t apologize or say anything about the mix-up. Overall, I was very disappointed.
Had take out 2 days apart from this Papa John's. Great service first night,, didn't get the name of the associate that helped us. A day later Srutess helped us ..Quality guy ..food was awesome. Highly recommend this Papa John's. I'm a tough customer to please. Very cool all around Papa John's experience! Stay up and thanks!
The pizza is decent—neither exceptional nor terrible. However, I've noticed that the staff or owners often seem to act like they don't have enough plates available. When I order 3 to 5 pizzas, they typically only give me 2 or 3 plates.

These guys charge for the crushed red pepper and Parmesan packets… 25 cents EACH. And they also refuse to give napkins or paper plates. When you’re paying close to 20 bucks for a pizza these things are complimentary everywhere!
I have had much better frozen pizza from Shop Rite. Don't buy this garbage! Think about your health. Totally not worth the price.
The pizza is of decent quality, and the customer service is average. However, the pizza was delivered incredibly quickly.
DoorDash messed up the order for almost 3 hours but the staff of this store fixed it once they got involved. Thank you!!

Place has really gone downhill. Nobody seems to be running the operation and the service is terrible.
They're really stepping up their game. The stuffed crust pizza is incredible!
