Came today for a lovely birthday meal with the family. The carvery was delicious such a shame it has to close to make way for hs2 ???? would love to come back again but sadly it won’t happen. Wish you and your team all the best????????xx

Room was really cold when we checked in, managed to turn radiator up. Half a toilet roll only no spare one. Only one sachet of milk and one teaspoon on hospitality tray, definitely needs some attention to small details

The food was terrible, so I left everything on my plate. The waitress took it away without asking why I hadn't eaten anything.
