I want to emphasize that the drinks are fantastic and the staff is wonderful. However, at this particular location, the pushiness for tips is excessive. I thought the idea behind the preferred tipping option on the Dutch app was to prevent constant requests for tips. Yet, the staff frequently asks if I want to change my tip, implying they want me to give a higher amount. When I order more than one drink, I am more than willing to increase my tip. However, after purchasing a single $6 drink and paying with a $20 bill, the staff member asked if I wanted my change back, despite having already left a tip. My parents were on their way to Portland when they received the devastating news that my grandma's cancer had returned and she had only a few days left. I urged my dad to stop and order a "911" coffee, hoping it would help energize them for the drive. When they shared their story with the barista, she generously comped their drinks. This small act of kindness made a significant difference to them and warmed their hearts in a world that often seems lacking in compassion. I truly appreciate their customer service. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The baristas were even singing along to some reggae music. However, the drinks I ordered were excessively sweet, and the flavors were just average. I should have gotten an extra shot of espresso because all I could taste was sugar. I ordered a sugar cookie Frappuccino, a chocolate shake, a cotton candy shake, and a mango smoothie.

I was really excited to order my favorite drink, strawberry lemonade, but I was disappointed to find out from your staff that it’s not available, despite it being listed on your website. It is such a pleasure to drive-through a drive-in that has Employees with such terrific personalities, It helps start you day off with a big smile makes you feel good. Everyone is so polite and helpful in every way Not to mention the good coffee and rolls they serve.

What a great coffee shop! Love that they take your order outside regardless of how long the line up is. Very organized and quick. I got the Caramel Pumpkin Brûle and it was delicious! The staff is super friendly and always smiling.
