Dutch Bros Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Today I used the Dutch bros app to order 9 drinks when I got there I also ordered 2 more so I should’ve had a total of 11 drinks. Once I got everything and arrived at my location I realized that I only had 10 drinks and they forgot to give me one of the drinks. This was really unfortunate and upsetting as I’ve never had something missed at this dutch. I would normally call and try to figure out the situation, but the phone goes straight to corporate. I just would like a refund for the drink I didn’t get. Along with that the dutchbros is far from where I live so I didn’t have time to go back. Thanks! Please respond so we can figure out this unfortunate situation.

Today at 11:50 PM, we tried to place an order, but they told us they were closed and refused to serve us. One of the employees gave us a rude look before we even had a chance to speak. To make matters worse, they proceeded to take an order from the customers who arrived after us. I genuinely believe their behavior is very biased. This place deserves less than one star. P.S. We have been regulars here for the past three years.

Passed by here on Friday August 9th, 2024 (08/09/2024). When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that there were no vehicles in the drive thru where I pulled in. The service was really good. I ordered the Caramelizer Blended with whip cream on top. The worker was really nice and respectful. Honestly, I had no issue with what I wanted to order. I do plan on going here again.

I really like dutch bros, after we stopped going to Starbucks for political reasons we needed an alternative. So we started with peets but after trying dutch bros this is our new favorite spot!! Their drinks are amazing tasting and so much more Verity's to choose from!! Love this place Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a fantastic spot for a delicious hot chocolate, and it’s perfect for picking up gift cards for the kids! The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic, which adds to the great atmosphere.

Me and my kids love dutch and this one is particularly quick when it comes to service. Very friendly employees as well.

Drinks were overpriced but I guess if you really like your frosty beverage this would be the place to go!
