Dutch Bros Coffee - Reserva de mesa

My family has been loyal fans of Dutch Bros for over 10 years, so it is always a treat when we come across one while traveling. Unfortunately, our experience at this particular location was quite disappointing. The employees seemed unenergetic and did not engage with us as we are used to with Dutch Bros. The person making our drinks did not read the order back correctly, resulting in a drink with the wrong ingredients and too much ice. The drinks were also not up to the standard we expect from Dutch Bros. Despite our disappointment, our love for Dutch Bros and past positive experiences make it difficult to give this location a low rating.

This restaurant used to be excellent, but the quality has significantly declined. The staff was very unfriendly and tried to give me someone else's drinks. The drink I eventually received was incorrect and tasted like watered-down dirt. I stopped going to this place some time ago, but decided to give it another chance and regretted wasting my time and money. Rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.

Went to Dutch Bros coffee on gravity lake. Got a blended salted caramel. Who ever made it did a bad job. It should have been called a chunky ice/barley any flavor coffee. Maybe it's the trap house music they're listening to that's distracting them from being able to make good coffee. First and my last time.

The staff were very friendly and the service was quick, but unfortunately, the coffee was not up to par. It appeared and tasted like it was mostly milk. I had ordered the caramel pumpkin brûlée, but was disappointed to find that it lacked flavor and was essentially like drinking lightly spiced milk. Reserva una mesa ahora

They gave me the same wrong drink TWICE. HOW THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN??? How do you get a golden eagle iced chai mixed up with a different drink?? Ugh. Ridiculous. I don't understand how they can give me the same wrong drink twice?? Service: 2

I am constantly amazed by the energy and efficiency of the baristas I encounter at various locations, and Lakewood is no exception. The staff is fantastic and my drinks are always made perfectly!
