Ok, so here is a local place known for hot dogs, so of course we had to stop in…(I love a great hot dog) Upon entering we were greeted by the owner, Jermaine. We told him we came from out side of Philadelphia to try his place. He said for the chopped cheese?!? As I am 45 years young, I have never heard of such a thing. So now my interest is piquedWell, my palate was aroused by the immense flavor of this unique, monstrous, sandwich. My friend and I dined there for the first time… happy to support a Black-owned business… The owner/chef was extremely personable, friendly, wonderfully gracious and helpful. Even though it was close to closing time after a very busy day, he was still very warm welcoming. The wait wasn’t long at all even though it was just him everything we had was delicious! I don’t usually eat hotdogs but his were superb! The next time we vacation in the Poconos, we will definitely swing by D.W. Dawgs a few times!! Congratulations with your new spot! Without a doubt, this place has the best hotdogs and wings in Pennsylvania! I can't wait to come back! The owner was incredibly friendly and clearly well-loved in the community. I would have taken pictures, but the food disappeared too quickly for that! Absolutely awesome!

Make sure to stop here if you're passing through! The food was outstanding, and the owner is incredibly friendly. It's just like visiting your grandma's house—come with a big appetite because you definitely won't leave hungry!
