One of my favorite places in Cincinnati, but since the pandemic this place has gone down hill. Service is subpar for the amount of the food costs, sad to see this place go down hill. When we arrived it seemed very slow and over staffed, but still felt like it took forever for service. Very cold indoors as well, 2 of my guests wore hats the whole meal.
This is a charming little restaurant with a delightful menu. The service was inconsistent; we often had to seek out our server. I attribute this to her managing a large section with tables scattered throughout. However, the food was incredibly tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed our company luncheon there.
I wanted so much to like the dishes but it apos;s horrible the Surf Turf the steak was dry /overcooked and NO seasoning! The lobster was gray/GRAY color ! unseasoned and WITHOUT butter sauce that should have been included uneatable the Sticky Ribs; rough and dry with sticky sauce so disappointing
I visited for the first time to celebrate a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious, along with the drinks. The tuna tower and sushi were fantastic! However, the crispy bean sprout salad, which is one of my favorites, was unexpectedly soggy and not as crispy as usual. I hope this isn't a recurring issue! Overall, the group really enjoyed their meals!
The portion sizes are quite small for the price. While the food was tasty and the fish was fresh, I felt it was too expensive given the amount of food served.
Discovered E+O over Thanksgiving break this is our 3rd time back—such a great vibe wonderful service. Food was EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend!
