Eagles Nest Event Venue

The place is nice and the view is lovely but you couldn’t mess up our dinner much more. The chicken Chesapeake was full of filling ands the asparagus were very stringy. The grouper was water logged and mushy and the crab on the grouper was flavorless and the sauce was bland. My misses got the filet and with crab and again the crab was flavorless and full of filler and the steak was tough, way overcooked and without flavor. Oh and the calamari was really tough which is a sign of poor quality. My first drink was correct but the second drink was coke instead of ginger ale. We had our anniversary dinner here and it was amazing from start to finish. All of the staff were polite and interactive with us throughout our visit. Our server Ted was amazing and attentive during our entire experience. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to select our delicious meals. The food was absolutely wonderful and filling. We didn’t have room for dessert but maybe next time. Highly recommend
