We went to Earls for our anniversary and enjoyed a breeze on a warm summer day out on their patio. We both ordered off the new summer menu and the Happy Hour (HH) menu which was a nice option. The margarita 10$ on HH was delicious, we also shared the Asiago and street corn avocado dip with corn chips which was amazing from the HJ as well. For dinner the summer menu had lettuce wraps which I requested gluten free so they accommodated that request by replacing “angry sauce” with a Dora hour Mayo and grilled chicken which was fine I would have liked a bit more and preferably pickled carrots and cucumber on each wrap as it was very sparse and no zing ?. My husband ordered the pulled chicken club...
I am in Calgary for the funeral of my best friend. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, but the SERVICE I received was beyond amazing.Our server was Hayden, we came in after the wake. He was so kind and compassionate. I must've been wearing my grief quite obviously. He comped my drinks.. I know that this was a gesture of kindness and I really appreciated it.I do hope you value him as a team member and give him the recognition he deserves.Thank you Hayden, your kindness will not be forgotten.
A rare night out at Earl's that was disappointing. Took ages to get served, many items were unavailable including all pizzas and several desserts. Waitress brought the wrong wine to the table. At least three different times servers came up to our table with food that was not ours. The whole thing was frankly a gong show. Been going to earls' for years. This was notably really bad.
My friends and I had a fantastic dinner outdoors on the patio. The lighting was beautiful, with heat lamp umbrellas and Edison lights creating a warm ambiance. The server provided cozy blankets when it was a little chilly before the lamps were turned on. Overall, it was a charming and comfortable dining experience. The food was delicious, as always.

I TOLD SERVER ......MY CHOWDER LAST TIME WAS COLD ...THIS TIME NOT HOT ...IT IS WHY I GO TO EARLS .FOR THE CHOWDER ......HAVE FOREVER ...... BUT COLD CHOWDER NOT FUN ....HOPE MAYBE SOMEDAY .....OR I COULDD DO TAKE OUT AS YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO EVERGREEN ....REGARDS KATHRYN SERVAIS ...AND HAD A GUEST ...SO EMBARRASSING TOO ....
Our waitress was great, the manager came and attended to us as well. Our party was interrupted by some older gentleman trying to impress us, she was very attentive to make sure we weren't uncomfortable. We were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant amazingly comped us a bottle of wine. We had a great time.
We were a large party of 8 and were seated on lounge side in an alcove that had a light burnt out making it difficult to read the menus. Plus noise level on a Friday on lounge side was loud. I'm not sure I'd bring my book club back to Earls after this experience. I'd give Earls a poor review as a result.
I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with 15 other people! Sohila was our server and she was incredibly lovely. The management team went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service when they couldn't make the pizza I had originally requested. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

We ordered a seafood tower and there were no sauces provided for the shrimp, lobster, or oysters. We had to ask for some type of sauce our waitress did her best but we were not impressed for the price to not have that, when at any other high end restaurant we have been at provided multiple options
The staff was fantastic in accommodating our special reservation request for our daughter's birthday. They made the celebration unforgettable and the food was delicious! We give them 5 stars across the board. Thank you!
