Earl's Restaurants

My husband ordered the chicken tacos because that is his favourite item on the Earl's menu and he has had them at other locations. I'm not sure where the error was made (waitress didn't listen or kitchen misread order) but he received fish tacos instead. It then took a significant amount of time before we could find our waitress to let her know. In the meantime, the rest of the table is significantly through their meals. Our server was back in a few minutes with a remade dinner, however in the rush to remedy the mistake, the kitchen had poorly cooked the chicken to the point that my husband didn't want to eat the rest. It literally has been years since I visited an Earls as previous experiences were only acceptable. My client suggested this location as it was near his office and I am glad we went here.I ordered a great burger with the mixed green salad. It as VERY good, tasty and well done. I greatly appreciated the "vegetables" that were a part of the burger.As this is not a location I would frequent often since I live in another province, I will again try the nearest location to us.The atmosphere was certainly acceptable, the place was clean and the staff pleasant.

The restaurant has dark lighting making it hard to read menus and see your food. The food is of smaller portion and expensive. And lastly, has very unorganized seating.

We came here for a birthday dinner & the place was busy. The food was good. The service was fast & the staff were friendly and efficient. Good times.
