As the name suggests, you should be an early bird to avoid the wait time for this restaurant. Granted the food is well worth the wait. We ordered the brioche French toast and lomo saltado. Both dishes extremely flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The environment can be a tad loud, but it's to be expected with such a popular brunch spot. Only other grip is the standard coffee/oj/hot chocolate seems a tad expensive at 4.50. Apart from that we can't wait to come back to try various other dishes offered.
Visiting the Fullerton area from Palm Springs. First time to this location. Javi was personable gave recommendations. Coffee fresh OJ was delicious. Went with the Javi’s recommendation… Rib Eye Chilaquiles with red green sauce (habanero sauce on the side). SO TASTY!! My daughter ordered the Turkey Sandwich, delish! Generous portions friendly staff. I would drive from Palm Springs to Early Bird just to have breakfast. Thanks Javi!!
Food is good but expensive for small size. All the servers are nice but need more for the hours when it is busy. We only saw the server when we put our order in and for check otherwise ignored. We came during busy time 30 minute wait time. Even if I knew we wouldn't have a wait time, there are many more places I'd prefer to go to even if they have a wait.
Everything was amazing. From the benny’s to the insane habanero chilaquiles, and the patty melt. I’m going to miss that patty melt until we can visit again. Also very friendly staff! Parking: Easy to find at peak hours. Kid-friendliness: High chairs, crayons, and sippy cups available.

Horrible food. Tons of uncooked potatoes and very bland sausage. A very loud hipster spot with small portions and very over priced.Less than 2ml away is Kinmies- much better food and service.
Most possibly one of my favorite brunch places in Fullerton. Kid-friendliness: American style kids menu for breakfast
The staff is rude, the coffee sucks and the food is overpriced. I mean, I don't see the appeal.
