East Coast Subs - Reserva de mesa

Went for the first time today. I ordered the veal cutlet with marinara and a side of cheese fries. The veal was overcooked and dry. The lack of marinara sauce didn’t help either. The fries were soggy with a little melted cheese on top. I can’t speak for the many other menu options as I haven’t tried anything else. They could be excellent. Unfortunately, I will never know as I won’t be returning. I think people are just ok with mediocrity being the standard and acceptable these days, as the place is popular regardless of any bad reviews. Portion size was decent and the service was good though.

My family has been coming here for over 13 years and I can tell you, they are hands down one of the best sandwich places in the state of UT. Their onion rings are to die for and their Pepper Steak, Cheese Steak, and Italian Meats are divine. I love that they started out family owned and are still family owned. So grateful they made it through the pandemic. If you haven't eaten here, try it now! So nommy!

It had been years since I had one of their subs. The service continues to be fantastic, and their food? Absolutely delicious! Hands down my favorite sub shop again, so worth the drive. FYI- scones were the cherry on top!
