I tried to write it off as a temporary issue, but orders a month apart had problems. They have persistent staffing issues (which everyone does), but there also seems to have been a change to the quality of the meat they use. This establishment has DECLINED!!! I have been a patron over the last 5 years and have never received such poor service. Recently, I ordered multiple dishes including combination egg foo young. (the food is NOT cheap) We got the food home and openedthe bag to discover that they did not pack any sauce for the referenced dish. The worse food, I’ve had in a while. Ordered General Tso Chicken $7.50 plus tax $7.95, suggested by persons at the counter. Only to be told that if I wanted fried rice it would cost $2.00 extra. If you get rice you can’t get soup. Don’t be foolby the price on the medium, because you will be told, you have to get one item with your meal. I ordered a Mongolian beef; it was cold and it was mainly onionsand very chewy. Second, time I ordered food for me and my family and the lady said “it’ll be ready in 5 minutes” I wasshook when she said that. When I got my food it was flavorless and it looked like it had been microwaved. Never going back!!!

They have remained a takeout-only establishment since the COVID pandemic. During our visit, dining in our hotel wasn't the best option. However, when the lady heard about our situation, she kindly made an exception and allowed us to eat there. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. To top it all off, the food was fantastic—the Peking duck was especially delicious. Overall, a wonderful dinner experience with a rating of 5 for the food.
Peking Duck, Crispy Beef, shrimp dishes are amazingly tasty! Best asian cuisine in the town! Love the fried chicken wings, fried rice and the noodle as well! I paid $22 for what was advertised as a half Peking duck, but it turned out to be just shredded duck with the skin placed on top to make the dish appear more substantial. I also ordered two other dishes, and they provided me with only a medium-sized container of rice to share among all three. Overall, I spent $47.44 for such poor service. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

Food is ok at best! I just order for my staff for lunch and spend a good deal on it each time but after they messed up the order and won’t fix it! We will go elsewhere! Terrible customer service!
