East Village New Deli

The beef in our chopped cheese was spoiled, a fact my boyfriend can confirm as well. We took one bite and had to throw it away. We called the deli twice to politely inform them about the spoiled beef, but both times they hung up on me. This is a serious health hazard.

Sandwiches were good and decently priced. However, guy running the counter was not wearing a mask. Not good to do during the middle of a pandemic especially considering how many customers they see per day.

Fantastic delicatessen! The service is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of deli meats and cheeses, all served with remarkable speed. This is definitely my new favorite deli!
