Was good food, quick service but the lady on the front door was a bit abrupt, she was fine at the front door with check in but then we walked in and went to the bar area to order drinks, we didn't rush her or anything, one of walked to the bar and asked us what we wanted to drink, so that ate up a minute or so, so we asked if we could order some drinks whilst she was hanging in the door way as the bar isn't far from the front door and she answered with a very like I'm feed up with you people already asking type attitude. Was also the same when we asked if we could order some food. Hence why no fifth star.

I encountered several issues during my visit. Out of the six meals we ordered, three were incorrect, and when I brought it to the chef's attention, he was quite confrontational. Although the manager was friendly and apologetic, and managed to correct two of the meals, the rump steak served was actually a low-quality blade steak, which I found unacceptable. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.

One of the best chicken pizzas I've had in the area—definitely a 10/10! The textures and flavors are spot on; it's all there. It can get quite busy at times, so I recommend ordering a drink with your food to help make the wait more manageable while you're hungry.

I went to lunch and had a lovely meal and the lady in the gaming area was so friendly and courteous as I asked a few questions and was full of great tips I recommend lunch there Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff is unhelpful, and there is a noticeable lack of customer service. Additionally, the restaurant has a strong smell of cigarettes.
