Food was OK. Service and customer service by mgr. Magda was very poor. Asked to have a large portion of 1 item packed up to go and arrived home with a smaller portion of food that was not mine that I threw away. When I called, my waiter admitted to the food being not my food after a mishap. Contacted the mgr via email and a refund of the 1 item in question was promised, but never received. I reached back out 3 times after no refund was received. The manager 's response when I reached back out was sarcastic telling me they would refund me for the item, even though only half was discarded . Would not return based on the manager 's response alone. I left 2 prior positive reviews for this restau...
I had a fantastic experience at ECB before the LCD Soundsystem concert. We were seated in the side banquet room, which was lovely. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent across the board. The drinks were also great. Overall, it was a 5/5 experience, and I would definitely go back.
Food and cocktails were outstanding. Staff was hustling, but things were a little off. Chris, the owner, is a true gentleman and is out on the floor chatting up customers and managing the chaos. Perfect place to eat before show at the Knockdown Center (5 minute walk).
The food here is excellent, featuring delicious burgers, pizza, and wings, along with a variety of other impressive dishes that go beyond typical bar fare. It's a fantastic place to enjoy drinks, thanks to the outstanding bartenders and attentive servers.
