Third visit to this establishment. First two were great (take-out during pandemic and dine-in immediately following pandemic). Tonight, not so much. Called at 12:24p today for 5:30p reservations. Gentleman who answered said it was not necessary since the restaurant doesn 't fill up till 6:30p. We arrived at 5:25p. The restaurant was full. Waitress was extremely forgetful. We needed to ask for water, a missing bread plate multiple times, clean appetizer plates. Finally another waitress graciously complied on the latter. Calamari appetizer was hands down the worst we 've ever had. Basically, it was a plate full of little pieces of fried batter. Entrees were good. The bill: we gave the waitress...

Absolutely fantastic, once again! After my wonderful first visit, I couldn't wait to return, and I'm thrilled to say my second experience was just as great, if not even better! I ordered the eggplant parmesan again, and it was even more delicious than I remembered; the hot, thin, crispy pieces of perfectly fried eggplant just melted in my mouth. I also tried a bite of my friend's lemon chicken, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. I will definitely consider ordering that on my next visit. My husband's Caesar salad was served on a freezing cold plate, making it perfectly crisp and refreshing. I highly recommend checking this place out!

What a hidden gem! Don’t just say we should visit this place someday—actually go! It’s cozy and comfortable, with friendly, smiling staff. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delightful, from the unique antipasto to our crispy BLTs and piping hot fries that stayed warm throughout the meal. Our delicious Bloody Marys topped everything off. All three of us left feeling full and happy. It's just a lovely little spot where everything is perfectly done!

A fantastic Italian restaurant on the South Shore! If you're in the mood for pasta, this is the place to visit. My favorite dish is the Northern Cioppino, and the tiramisu was incredible. The espresso martini was also delightful. Our server made sure to check on us multiple times throughout the evening. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of booth seating. Been here twice for takeout and have to leave 5 stars. Online ordering. Plenty of parking. Easy pickup. Both times we got the family chicken parm deal, which comes with a tray of ziti, a bag of rolls, and a giant caesar salad. We had dinner for 4 plus lunch the next day for $36!! We got the bolognese with pappardelle which was good. We also tried the antipasto appetizer which we will definitely get again.

Despite appearing to be short-staffed and overbooked, Ecco truly delivers fantastic Italian cuisine. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes offered. The cocktails are exceptional, and the staff is attentive, even with the noticeable understaffing. Overall, it's a wonderful spot to break away from your usual dining routine.

Casual Italian restaurant. We decided to grad dinner early one night during the week, had no issue getting a table. Food came out very quick; had a great special deals going that night. Chicken parm was a massive piece, came with pasta and sauce. Great kind server, would definitely go back,

You definitely want to eat here! Altho the pizza is expensive, it's actually very good, and it's the Italian brick over style. (I usually like Greek style in a pan, but this one is worth it. I absolutely love dining at Ecco. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is delightful. The Lobster Roll with Chowder was outstanding, and your Eggplant Parm is the best I've ever had. The Surf and Turf was also fantastic.

Was looking for a nice, yet wick and close to home to celebrate my wife passing an exam. Ecco is definitely a staple for that and tonight food was very good and our server very pleasant
