Wir waren sehr froh, dass endlich der „Ableger“ des Sternerestaurants Bibraud in Ulm aufgemacht hat und waren sehr gespannt. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt und die Enttäuschung war dementsprechend doch sehr groß. Bei den Vorspeisen waren die RILLETTE VON DER FORELLE und BOQUERONES EN VINAGRE noch ganz hervorragend, der LAUWARME PULPOSALAT war aber schon sehr überwürtzt, man hat vom Pulpo gar nichts mehr geschmeckt und der ganze Salat hat eher nach salzigen Sardellen geschmeckt. Im Hauptgang hatten wir drei Mal die MOULES FRITES, auch stark überwürzt und fast versalzen und die Frites waren eher Schwimmbadniveau und labberig. Sehr traurig, dass sich der Besitzer dieses Cafe‘s die früheren schlechten Bewertungen nicht zu Herzen genommen hat. Die Bedienung ist weiterhin konstant schlecht (langsam ohne jegliche Koordination . Der Kaffee geht so. Der Kuchen ist aus der TK-Theke. Dann lieber auf die Paralellstrasse (Rüttenscheider Str. und in einem netten Cafe leckeren Cappuccino Co. trinken.
Das Edda ist ein völlig durchschnittliches Museumskaffee. Mehr nicht. Der Kaffee ist wie überall überteuert und die Servicekräfte sind natürlich unorganisiert. Aber das macht ein solches Etablissement aus. Das weiß man, wenn man es betritt. Seien Sie also nicht enttäuscht.
Nicht unbedingt empathisch. Café crema durchschnittlich, Käsekuchen befriedigend zu teuer für diese Qualität. Service gerade so hinnehmbar. Keine Empfehlung Tip. Philharmonie Club um die Ecke, die verstehen ihr Handwerk.

Schrecklich! Schlechte und schlichtweg unhöflich Bedienung, dreckiges Geschirr stapelte sich, Teewasser lauwarm, alter Kuchen. Tolle Location, wie Schade!
