This was my first time visiting this restaurant, even though I live right on the same road. I had heard mixed reviews, and my experience confirmed some of them. I ordered two of the same dish, but instead of getting the sauces I requested, they forgot one and overloaded the other. I tried to get a refund but was left empty-handed. The customer service was quite disappointing, and the food itself wasn't that great, either.
I attempted to place a phone order for pickup, even though we live just 5 minutes away. It was 10:45 PM when I called, but the woman on the line refused to take my order, insisting that I had to come in to order instead. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:57 PM, only to find the doors locked. While the food is good, this experience was disappointing.
Always a good choice if you want carryout. Phone connection is bad. The one lady who works the front needs help.
