Second time dining at Eddie Merlot’s. This was another exceptional dinner and dining experience! Had the bison filet, (first time having bison) and it was phenomenal! Highly recommended!! Started with cocktails and apps in the lounge this time. Great bourbon selections and delicious apps during happy hour! Each EM team member we had on this visit (Timothy as the front of house, Ashley in the bar and Derek dinner server) provided outstanding personable service. My niece and I were seated at a comfortable table in the bar where we were served by Augusta and Ryan. As usual, Augusta was efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming. Ryan worked well with Augusta and helped to make our meal a great experience. The salads and salmon were delicious. Thank you!!
