I HAVE NEVER SEEN A LAZIER COMPILATION OF MEN in my ENTIRE LIFE! What a freakin nightmare...I get there and one of the workers asks me if I need help rather quickly to me arriving I say yes he says ok can you wait here for just a second let me wrap up with my other customers I said sure but I 'm in a bit of a hurry so please not too long he said oh no it 's going to be quick I 'll be right back and if anyone asks to help you tell them Dre is helping you out already...I said Ok...About 15 min passe...
This review is long overdue! I visited Oregon Family Trees on Christmas Eve last year, in 2018. I was uncertain about getting a tree since the fire left us unsure if we could celebrate Christmas at home. We were greatly affected by the fire. It was late afternoon when I arrived, and they were getting ready to close, but luckily a few staff members were still there tidying up. They had very few trees left. I met Valerie, the owner, who was incredibly kind. We briefly talked about the fire, and when I asked her how much the tree cost, she insisted on giving it to me for free. I am surprised to find the comments by others regarding the staff's rudeness, and that what happened to me is a common occurrence, but they continue to have business. I feel like a victim too. I feel I was assaulted. I am still in shock, and I am still debating whether to report it. I am still shaken even though this happened on Saturday. How can a business function like this? A lady started screaming uncontrollably at me because I was shown three (3) trees and I guess the rule is you can only ask the worker to show you a maximum of three trees, and since he was afraid to break the rule, he asked his boss, and that's when this lady charged at me. Although I have never met her daughters, I can attest that Valerie is a wonderful, hardworking, and respectful person. Organizing this annual business is no easy task, and it's clear that people don't understand the challenges involved. The staff she employs are seasonal, and while they might not know everything right away, they're learning and have the best intentions.
As for the alarming stories I've come across about threats, I have no idea where those come from. The people at this business are fantastic and always willing to help. We got our tree on Wednesday of last week and it's already dying and yes out of sunlight and watered daily. It took almost 35 mins to get any help horrible service !! We've been going there for years never like this ! We are going somewhere else next year !!!
Horrible customer service. Trees all laying down, wrapped, and not in water. The person I asked for help couldn't tell me anything about pricing AND blew me off saying he was helping another customer. BIG FAT FAIL. Do NOT give these people any business.
We went to this place for Christmas tree. The prices were unreasonable high. The owner was very rude and assured with all the bad words she new and all the trash she could think of. I would not recommend to anyone to come close to this place.
Been coming since I was a kid!! Always an awesome experience. Lovely staff, a great selection and free popcorn while you pick out your tree! Love coming back and can't wait to have kids and one day bring them to meet the Oregon Family!!!

If you're trying to find a Christmas tree here, good luck! We couldn't locate it at all. I'd be happy to give a better review if you updated your location. For now, I'm giving it 1 star for the difficulty in finding your business!
Very Friendly and Respectful. People do not like to pay for the Trees taxes but they don't take in mind that it's the cities policy.
