L Edo c est un véritable bout de Japon au milieu du Valais! Je suis une habituée des lieux et j ai toujours été bien reçue! Les propriétaires sont avenant et passent régulièrement voir si tout se passe bien!Les Produits sont extra frais, et ils proposent souvent des nouveautés.C est un peu cher pour un repas juste comme ça, a privilégier pour une occasion mais la qualité du cadre, des produits et du service en valent vraiment la peine.Pour les repas de groupes ils vous proposent même parfois des menus qu il n y a pas sur la carte!Bref un vrai plaisir à chaque fois :D

You would be surprised that one of the top sushi restaurants is actually in the Swiss Alps... Fresh fish, Japanese chefs who know how to cut the fish the right way. Great view especially in the Summer when you can eat on the terrasse, sip some sake and admire the mountains.

une carte très classique...des sushis insipides même si de qualité...grosse deception.. la soupe miso est servie quasi froide..des tarifs éleves pour des usshis qui mériteraient de se reinventer
