I have had Edo countless times thru out the years in many provinces. And I have to say this one is the top of the worst. I know that the cost has gone up, but that should not mean the quality goes down. I ordered a bento box, and I wasn't offered noodles, I had to ask for it, which is not a big deal. It was hard to understand the female behind the counter, which puzzles me, makes the customer service frustrating, and lowers the experience I took it back to the hotel and something seemed off.
