Be very cautious: if you've been to a playground, you might expect some playfulness around a sandbox. However, when it comes to handling food that someone is about to eat, that kind of behavior should stay at the park. I've never experienced anything like this before. Food should always be handled with the utmost care. On the positive side, the staff was polite and refunded our money. However, better food handling practices are essential for all employees.

During my visit to Kamloops, I dined at this restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The food was quite good, and I chose to dine in. While the management was efficient, there is always room for improvement. I ordered the vegan rice bowl, and I was also recommended their brown sugar bubble tea, which I absolutely loved! I highly recommend it if you haven't tried it yet. I would definitely consider returning to this place in the future.

One of the cooks had picked his nose roller it around in his 2 fingers and then went back to work... the acting manager at the time pulled him aside and talked with him made him wash his hands . The manager finished the guys job . Thk u by the way. The vegis.on mine tasted like they were moldy. Not the first time. I do love edo , but they definitely need to keep a eye on the employees and the vegies before cooking them.

Edo Japan. A quick meal usually lunch on the go. They have a couple good options and I always find the food is good and quite tasty. Bento boxes are usually a good choice though I tend to stay away from their sushi as a side (personal preference). Always satisfied after a meal here. Out of all the Edo Japan locations we've visited, this one remains the best. The food is incredibly delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the place is always clean. It's consistently a wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire Northills Edo Japan team; we truly appreciate all of you!

The food is good the guy sweeping the food was the nicest person in there I gave him a $5 tip but the girl that was working the till was very rude I asked politely for extra soy sauce and she rudely through them on my tray and walked away

Found a foot long hair in the teriyaki chicken bowl. When I brought it back for a refund, the cooks laughed about it. Won't be going back there.

I loved the teriyaki rice bowl. The sushi wasn't a win for me. I'll definitely go back for the rice bowl!
