My family and I have been getting carry-out from Edomae Sushi at least once a week for many years. The food quality is exceptional—I simply can’t enjoy sushi anywhere else and feel satisfied. Believe me, I’ve tried other places on their one day off (Monday) and quickly realized it’s better to wait until Edomae reopens. The owner, Angel, is one of the most hardworking and kind-hearted entrepreneurs I’ve ever met. Even during the busiest dinner rush, she remains positive and attentive.
The quality is going down. Maybe I'm used to how it was before. But when I used to get the Una Don, I'd get the eel filet over a nice bowl of rice. Now I get the left over nigiri pieces on a plate. Maybe it helps with their profit margin. It's $18 and looks nothing like the menu picture. Stick with tempura if you're not getting sushi. And even with that, you're given a small amount of dipping sauce. Yeah we got a refill, and even that was on an even smaller
I've only tried the sushi here, and it's always fresh. It's nothing extravagant, but that's part of its charm. My only caution is about the white tuna—I suspect it's actually Escolar, which I found out the hard way, so it's best not to eat too much of it. I keep coming back for the friendly service and the fact that it’s never overcrowded. It's a great spot for a quick lunch paired with a cold Sapporo.

Ordered ramen noodles for pick up today, was told 20-25 minutes wait, but instead had to wait over 45 minutes until the order was ready, half of that time was inside the restaurant. This place used to be on point a few years, not sure what changed,either short staffed in the kitchen, or just not the same service any more. Either way, not worth the 45 minutes wait
Not only is the sushi and food here consistently delicious, but the people are wonderful! Thank you to Angel who is very generous and treats me and family so well! (Birthday gift for my daughter from Angel in photo. Does your favorite restaurant do this for you?? I highly recommend this restaurant!
I've only eaten the sushi. Always fresh. Nothing fancy. My only issue is that I'm pretty sure the white tuna is Escolar(learned the hard way). So don't eat too much of it. I go for the customer service and for the fact that it's never crowded. Great placefor a quick lunch and cold Sapporo
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It has a friendly vibe while still upholding a professional atmosphere. Both the host and the waitress were very pleasant, yet they kept the conversation brief and respected my privacy during the meal.

I've been coming here for years, and their sushi is fantastic. The staff always remember me, too. This is my favorite sushi spot in the area!
The restaurant provides an outstanding variety of freshly made dishes. I especially love their sushi lunch specials!
