An excellent traditional steak house that hit all the important marks with room for small execution improvements. We were seated quickly upon arrival. The table was wobbly which the staff resolved immediately. We started with some wine which was presented with class and it kicked off a great night. The first course included clams and spring rolls. Spring rolls were delicious with subtle sauces on the side. The clams were overly salty but the flesh was yummy still. Onto the main course, we ordered goth the porterhouse and aged cowboy ribeye. Met my brother for drinks. He had already started with wine and Calamari. The Calamari was lighty battered and delicious, not chewy/ rubbery. I wasn't really hungry I stuck with my vodka sodas and only had baked clams. They were tasty. My brother had steak, I can't recall which, but judging by the large bone left on his plate, he enjoyed it. I'm going back, for the Calamari and a Steak soon. Cool atmosphere. We sat an area near the bar, but I believe there's another/ bigger dining area toward the back. The maitre d', (I can't recall her name) was professional and personable.
came to celebrate Valentine's Day with our couple friends and everything was overwhelming! service! everything was just incredible! would highly recommend the plank soup for appetizers as well as the cauliflower soup and fresh muddles. for dinner I have the baby lamb couplers, which was by far the best meat I had in a really long time. but the sides! kartoffels, spargel, all have the steam very, very good! to dessert was the cream brûlée and chocolate cake the perfect end for a perfect meal!
So this was a graduation dinner, and I'll tell you this it was the best graduation I ever had. The place very nice, clean elegant. The staff was great. Oh let me get in to the food, now the food was amazing, not only did it come out looking all nice a pretty, it was delicious. It's a steakhouse but they also have a variety of sea food as well. The food is worth the price.

Wonderful dinner experience. It was raining hard so we had the whole back room to ourselves. The rib eye for 2 was terrific as we're our sides. Although $10 for a small bowl of brown rice was a tad much in my opinion. We had creme brulee for dessert which I really enjoyed as the top layer wasn't over baked as is so common. Can't wait to go back.
I love steak edwards steakhouse delivered. I order to go/delivery every time, but they have a very dark lighting inside the facility(subtil/dark) at couples in a late night. eating is well prepared and very fresh. the steak is really good. I wish they had more support or appetizers. the portions are really good with the price.
The feeling you get when dining there is a of a cozy home atmosphere. The taste of the food was very flavorful and bold. The only thing missing was a small bread plate prior to the appetizers and main meal beside that everything was great. The service was friendly and helpful. Great steakhouse to visit.
if you want to dig into a good steak, Edward’a is a must! such a big steakhouse to eat and the service was professional and welcoming. if the menu says it is meant for two people a escape, it is really for two and if something more! definitiw a must-have place in the inner city of jersey city.

Tasty, great streaks and sides. Salad was so-so, but it's also not tomato season. The dry aged steak could have been a bit funkier. Service was very good. Will meet expectations but likely not exceed them by too much.
