Eight Settlers Distillery

We’ve been here several times. Food and service have always been good. We were late in getting our reservation for a part of 8 for NYE, so we were happy Eight Settlers was able to accommodate us. The food was fine, but the service was pretty disappointing. Often our waiter would disappear for 20-30 min without ever checking on us. At the end of the meal, we even had to go ask someone for the check as we were tired of waiting and had not seen the waiter for 30 min. If the place was crazy busy, I could be more sympathetic. But it was fairly slow all night and most of the restaurant was cleared out when we finally asked for our check.

The food was excellent but our server needs more training. He didn't tell us about the specials so I asked. The first he told us about was a desert then a 64 oz (that’s what he said) ribeye for $64 then a rainbow tuna! We asked what came with the fish and he said whatever comes with the catch of the day! We flagged down another server who then told us the specials!

We loved the food at 8 settlers. Very tasteful. Our service wasn't the best. They were slow. We had to ask for several things, and then waited a long time to get them. Our waitress wasn't very friendly. She acted as if she didn't want to be there at work. I will try it again. We loved the food.

This is a unique distillery that offers creative and amusing cocktails. Everyone in our group was pleased with their choices, and the salted caramel ice dessert was outstanding. Although the server was a bit inexperienced, they were eager and enthusiastic. Reserva una mesa ahora

I took some friends who were visiting from out of state to this restaurant, and everyone really enjoyed their meals, as well as the Eight Settlers spirits. The cocktails were fantastic, and the service was excellent too.

Eight Settlers is a new restaurant I recently tried, and I was extremely impressed with both the food and cocktail menu. The quality of the dishes and the service provided were outstanding.
