The atmosphere is charming and they offer a nice variety of drinks. However, I must express my disappointment about paying £13.95 for what seemed like a small portion of lasagna more suitable for a child. I even asked the waiter if it was a half portion, but he confirmed that it was correct. Overall, the value was lacking and not justifiable. The price per person is £30-40 and I would rate the food as a 2 out of 5.

My wife was charged £1.10 for a packet of chips that clearly states "not for resale" or as part of a multi-pack. I don't believe they are meant to be sold individually.

Great staff. Lovely outlook on to garden. We love the Tontine. Had family wedding christenings and birthdays there. Always great.
