Me and my wife like Einstein bagels but I can't begin to describe how many times our orders have been incorrect at the Auburn/Rochester location. As easy as the incorrect bagels given. This is the umpteenth time I've done an online/mobile order, and the bagel is usually incorrect. Ordered a cheddar jalapeño bagel, but given an asiago. Honestly I haven’t been to Einstein in a while and when I went today I probably won’t ever be back. Ordered a sausage and cheese 6 cheese bagel and a coffee, waited 10+ mins even tho they weren’t that busy. Made my coffee which I thought was regular brew cause of the sign that was on it. Got my bagel and had to rush out cause they were gonna make me late for work. Opened my sandwich while driving and it had egg on it which I didn’t ask for cause I don’t like eggs that much, looked at receipt and ofCourse I got charged for it. The pandemic ruined this store. It was my favorite bagel shop to go to. It seems like the store staff is always changing; sometimes the staff is extremely friendly and other times, when the staff gets renewed sometimes, they're egregiously rude. They mess up my orders a lot. They removed the seating, so now I can't sit and do my remote work or homework while enjoying coffee and a bagel. They got rid of Caribou coffee line, and whatever they're selling now tastes like generic disgusting Maxwell House coffee that corporate offices use in their break room/cafeteria (but this is not an issue with this location, Einstein Bagels just got rid of Caribou coffee as a whole for whatever reason). I went inside and waited 12 minutes before my order was taken, even though I was first in line. The staff then proceeded to take orders from the long queue behind me before I could pay for my coffee and leave. This was my first and last visit; the service was disorganized and the staff were inconsiderate, showing no acknowledgment of the customers.

Is the 3rd time I’ve ordered online in this store and always the same I came directly to the pick up area and my order hasn't been even started to be prepared, I always have to ask for my order And then they stat to prepare it.
The nicest staff I’ve ever encountered! Excellent service everytime I visit . The location is always clean and the food and drinks are amazing ! My dog loves the doggy bagels !!
The ONLY Einstein’s I will go to. They are friendly and nice and their bagels are made better than any of the others
