Even the bagels at Whole Food?s taste more like bread with the true qualitiesof a bagel being an after thought. So when I had a bagel from l Einstein?s I was pleasantly surprised to experience thequalities true to bagel form. The right texture of the outside, chewy and soft at the right places, and great flavors ofwhichever flavor the bagel purports to be. This location is especially convenient as it's right next to the metro station in Silver Spring, making it perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast in the morning or a snack on the way home. Unlike some other places, they almost always have warm bagels available, and except for just before closing, their selection is usually well-stocked. The staff is generally friendly, although the layout feels somewhat like a hallway, which can lead to congestion during peak times. Overall, it’s one of my favorite spots for a quick and affordable bite when I’m on the go.
Really good bagels, but not the best service. While we were there, multiple customers received the wrong order. Some orders were ready, but just sitting on the counter without any names or numbers being called. We had to remind them what we orderedbecause they saw us waiting. They still managed to give us the wrong bagels. While the food is great (4.5 stars), service wasrude and very disorganized (1.5 stars).
I work in the building complex right next to this restaurant, so I ordered here often. There is nothing wrong with the food but the staff is horrible. They make too many mistakes and have the most rude cashier I've ever met. Most of the reviews say thesame thing. I don't know why the management doesn't make changes to the staff here.

The two bagels I ordered came out decent. I didn?t see a problem with their food, however, this location has terrible parking with maybe 5 useable spots to the side of the building, and the inside was not appealing. It isn?t a place to sit and have acoffee or a meal. I would order to-go.
I guess the cashier was just having a bad day when I went? food was good but cashier had the worst attitude toward us as if we had been there before.. don?t have to worry about us returning.
Low rating is because the coffee was old and stale and tasted horrible. Definitely NOT "fresh brewed" as advertised. I had to pitch it.
Asiago Bagel was old, cream cheese carel ped dumpe onto bread, tomatoes where old, carpers old, at least salmon was fresh.

I enjoyed some nova lox today. The fish was excellent, and the bagel and coffee were also very good.
