Unmögliches Verhalten! Wir standen mindestens 10 Minuten am Tresen, haben freundlich Hallo gesagt – ein Mitarbeiter stand direkt vor uns, hat uns eiskalt ignoriert und ist einfach ohne ein Wort weggegangen. Kein Blick, kein Moment bitte , gar nichts. Als wir dann endlich mal gefragt haben, wie lange es noch dauert, kam nur ein frecher Spruch: „Haben Sie keine Zeit? Dann gehen Sie doch.“ Was bitte ist das für ein Umgang mit zahlenden Kunden?! Keine Organisation, keine Freundlichkeit, keine Wertschätzung. Wir sind wütend gegangen – und ganz sicher kommen wir nie wieder. Wer so mit Menschen umgeht, hat keinen Cent verdient.
