First off, I want to say that I had a phenomenal experience here. This will probably be a lengthy review.I came here for the $7 restaurant week deal. It was an appetizer of chips and salsa (impressed they didn’t cut this), a tostada, 2 chicken tequito sized enchiladas?, some beans and rice. My fiancee got a 5$ marg special.The food was really good. I’m not a go out to eat kind of guy, hence why I am going out when things are 7$, so it’s not saying much that I probably wouldn’t buy this at the original 13$ price. But the fact that I’d consider it says something.We sat on the patio on a cloudy day. It was near raining and it smelled great. You could smell the scent of rain on the air. We enjoyed our meal while taking in the view of the sky. They do have a covered section on their deck (both in the bar and out in the open space). We chose to sit under the open sky.The waiter provided phenomenal service. He was very attentive, always double checking if I needed refills or wanted to order anything else. He answered all of our questions and was very patient when we were deciding what marg to order. He came by and made sure any messes were cleaned up near us and double checked if we wanted to go under the covered space because of the potential rain.He even made note of our babyAll around great experience.This is a good time to mention that I was weary at first walking in because 1. I had heard only Facebook people were saying this place was bottom barrel Mexican food in lansing (not true). And 2. The appearance of the half falling apart restaurant and very humid indoor air turned me off. But I’m glad we sat outdoors and had such a great experience.5/5 stars. Would go here again. Parking: No problems. Parking was accessible from Saginaw. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to back patio.

My boyfriend I had a wonderful experience here tonight ! Tuesdays, they have a buy 2 get 1 free taco deal that my boyfriend took advantage of loved. I had the flautas that were also very good. The most memorable part of our dinner was our waitress Shandra! She took the time to show us their patio section says she bartends on Thursdays (I believe). She was attentive, personable made us want to come back here again! Give that girl a raise ? Anyway, highly recommend.
