El Boliche Cevicheria is an intimate (7-8) tables restaurant that offers great fresh and creative local food. Lunch was as good as it gets anywhere! The ubiquitous Colombian soup starter was delicate and flavorful. The Tamarind Ceviche was outstanding - bold and fresh. The Pescado del Caribe fish dish was exquisite. The fish perfectly cooked and the coconut rice superb. The team is super friendly - these people know food and drink. Everything is carefully prepared and presented. Very talented chef and team. The room is also quite sweet with a unique window with waterfall feature. We loved this place. Lots of choices on the menu, all looked great. A true gem.

The food was really good but not all of the persons where kind, the First Lady who attended us was really kind to us and ask if we where comfortable or if we needed something, but when we ask another lady to take us a photo she answer us in an ir respectful way and she didn't took the photo.

It's a small restaurant with a little over a dozen items in the menu. We tried almost every single one of them. We ate her twice for lunch. The crab empanada cannot be missed. Their ceviche was tasty and their shrimp with coconut was just exquisite. You won't be disappointed.

I went to this restaurant six months ago, and I'm STILL thinking about a ceviche dish I had there. It was corn done three ways. And ceviche. It was amazing, as was everything I ate that night. Make reservations b/c it's teeny tiny, but the food is an absolute delight.
