I visited this restaurant for breakfast with my friends, and while the food was decent, it wasn't anything exceptional. However, the main issue was the customer service. From the waitress to the manager, the experience was disappointing. Our order was completely wrong, and it took a long time to get resolved. The waitstaff were disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. When we requested to speak to the manager, he declined to meet with us. To make matters worse, they automatically add an 18% gratuity to the bill. I have nothing against tipping, but under these circumstances, it didn’t feel warranted.
I really enjoyed the food I ordered; it was delicious. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The server appeared frustrated when I opted not to add any sides or drinks to my order, and their attitude came off as passive-aggressive. I recognize that I don’t speak Spanish, but I still felt disrespected when, despite leaving a 25% tip, the server didn’t even look me in the eye and acted completely dismissive. I'd recommend getting your food to go if they can't manage the basics of good service.

I had a disappointing experience at El Catrachito. I ordered chicken soup, but received just a chicken leg in a flavorless broth. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, he simply confirmed that they only used a chicken leg in the soup, without offering an apology. This doesn't align with what a traditional Latin soup should be. I'm really let down. A chicken leg in soup? That's quite unusual.

Avoid the tacos; the meat is dry and served in large chunks. They even include lettuce! On the plus side, the tortilla is decent, but they don't offer any salsas or extras to enhance the tacos. La Chiquita used to be much better.
The carne asada I received was simply a large, dry piece of meat with no flavor. They also forgot to include the beans, and the portion sizes were quite small. I wouldn't recommend this place; the staff was rude as well.
The food here is fantastic! There are so many delicious new dishes to explore. It's not just another Mexican restaurant; the offerings are truly exceptional. The service is also commendable. Highly recommend!
The food and service here are exceptional. I drive 35 minutes to get here, passing by numerous other places that offer similar dishes.
