We live in Dresden and have been in the restaurant a couple of times before. The food was good, but the service was always so so. Anyhow, we decided to go there for a dinner to celebrate my birthday and my wife has made a...reservation using an on-line form. Loved this place during the late June heatwave in It’s crazy busy but loads of tables. Breezy and car free. Terrific salads. Usually veggie salads are great in Germany once you persuade them to omit the meat or cheese. The other dish we loved...was the vegetarian Tortilla, really fantastic. Bread was fresh can recommend a side of Aoli. Best thing was they had those little tapas pads where you wrote the numbers for your choice. One charming Asian waiter spoke english. My German extends to food and spoken numbers so we have no complaints.

This restaurant was near our hotel so we decided to try it when seeking a casual supper. We took one of the small pavement tables which catch the evening sun. Service was prompt and efficient. Our various tapas dishes were nicely cooked and presented. Bread...was provided to soak up the tasty cooking oils. Overall, a very pleasant meal in a quiet part of the city.

We had a delicious lunch here on our day trip to Dresden from Prague. I am glad we sought it out, since it is across the river and not a place one would stumble upon. It is on the old square, which was quite pleasant...in summer.
