Worst restaurant ever been to in my life. Where should I start...... First seated ourselves and then waited and waited to be greeted and given menus. Then 2 other groups of customers came in and we quickly greeted with menus, chips, and salsa. We waited and eventually were brought chips and salsa. Then the crabby, unpleasant, rude, and obviously treating us different than the other groups in the restaurant just walked away without asking us if we were ready to order or even if we would like drinks. So again we waited then another waitress who was much more pleasant came and asked us if we were ready to order. We told her we would like to start to order drinks. At this point the other 2 group...
I used to give this place a 5. We went once in early 2017, it was Terrible. We decided to go back again a few months later, same. Food was horrible, service was extremely slow, we waited over an hour and a half for a burrito and 2 tacos. Come to find out they lost our order. I posted on the fb page my receipt, Along with the story, and of course it got deleted. After roughly 20 years of going to only this Mexican restaurant at least once a week, we moved on to somewhere else. It’s been almost a year since we went here, but I realized I still had my 5 star review up. Happy now with our new place. I would highly not recommend this place as the quality and service went way down in the last coup...
Our first visit to El Faro #2 will certainly NOT be our last! What a delightful find for us in Bartlett, and we've been living in the village over 25 years. The chips and homemade smokey-tinged red salsa started us off well, and the deliciously well-made margarita was perfect. We ordered the Tuesday special Orden de Tacos with bistecca, and Nachos con Carne, with the best carne asada I've tasted since Cafe Siboney closed so long ago. The food is so flavorful, and to say the portions are generous is an understatement. We've finally found our new favorite in-town restaurant, and we can't wait to return and explore the menu again! The man was very kind and courteous, treating us well and with respect. I highly recommend you give it a try. The six tacos I ordered were exactly what I expected. It's a fantastic place with delicious food. Got it?

Great food Service my favorite place to eat and food is excellent and worth it not very expensive ! I recommend it and would go again and again ! Their rice is wonderful better than mine ha,ha ! Great food .

Burritos are ALWAYS awesome ???? Been there with my wife, sister, her fiancé and their kids. All had a wonderful time.
