I've never had a satisfactory meal, as everything seems pre-made. The rice is clearly a day old, accompanied by overcooked, dried-out vegetables, and the beans are both watery and flavorless. The meat is greasy, and the tamales are excessively dry, to the point of crumbling—likely leftovers that have been reheated in a microwave rather than being freshly prepared. I absolutely love El Fuego! I’ve never been let down by this place. The portion sizes are generous for a very reasonable price. I usually go for the enchiladas (with chicken or ground beef and red sauce), and they are always fantastic. Most of the time, the same young woman takes my order, and she’s really friendly. I guess I’m somewhat of a regular, so she’s even allowed me to place a late order after a particularly hectic day, which only deepened my affection for this restaurant. I can give it three stars I'd give it five stars for the wait staff service was fabulous but the food so so the problem was is we sat outside ordered a couple of iced teas and you could tell that it was pre-mixed to the picture probably without a lid on in the refrigerator and had a stale taste that was the first disappointment we ordered alucard it kind of reminds me of a George Webb menu 500 things and nothing's done right I'm sorry I wish I could give him a better review but it was just so so and I can't see them making it they would be better off limiting their menu lowering the prices giving you customer more product and they could do better but having so many things on the menu you jus...
My husband and I took some time to discover our favorite dishes, but once we did, we've loved them ever since. He tends to choose the Pollo Perfecto and usually brings home enough for a second meal! He also enjoys the tacos. As for me, my favorite is the Chicken Avocado sandwich, which I like to pair with sides of lettuce and tomatoes.

I absolutely love the Caldo de Pescado! It's a delightful fish soup with shrimp that brings so much flavor. My wife tried the new dish, El Molcajete, and she was thrilled with it. The flavors are amazing, the owners are friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend everyone to dine here!
I ordered takeout tonight and enjoyed the Burrito Suizo with steak, which was absolutely delightful. I picked up my order at the drive-thru, and the staff was quick and very friendly! The picture below shows the avocado tostadas, which were also quite delicious.
I've been ordering from them for over 20 years, and they just keep getting better! The pizzas have significantly improved with the new sauce. I absolutely love their salads and lasagna! The only thing I wish they offered is fried buffalo wings.
The shrimp tacos were delicious, and my husband enjoyed the chicken tostadas. I would definitely return! They have a large menu, and I'm excited to try something else.

I had my first meal at El Fuego tonight. The portion size was generous, and the food was incredibly delicious.
