The woman working there needs to find another job. She clearly is not happy in her position. I ordered from the screen and could not see an option to put grated cheese on my nachos. I asked her if it comes with cheese and she said yes it does so I paid. She started to make it and put the tiniest portions of guacamole and sauce on my nachos. She then stuck it in front of me with no cheese. I asked her to put cheese on and she said it would cost more. She could see my dissatisfaction but never offered a bit of cheese. Consequently the food was disgusting. It was dry and horrible. Too many nachos for the amount of sauce you get and nachos with no cheese??????? She was miserable and unwelcoming....
Very mediocre. Didnt expect much as it is in a service station. The woman working was really moody and made me feel like it was a chore to ask her for my food. I got 3 spicy chicken tacos, seasoned fries a drink. Spicy chicken was literally shredded chicken that looked like dog food, tasted processed, wasnt pleasant. Fries were ok liked the seasoning but seemed as though fresh, were barley cooked, needed to be cooked for longer. Id stick to KFC or McDonalds. Meal cost me £10, wouldve been better sticking to a well established fast food chain.
I recently visited a restaurant that exceeded my expectations when it comes to following my dietary principles. I prioritize vegetables and protein over carbs and fats, and practice "rainbow eating". Despite being at an English service station, this restaurant offered a meal that adhered to my diet for a reasonable price of £8.20. Additionally, there was no wait in line, unlike a popular fast food restaurant nearby. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this unexpected gem. Ole!
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since 2014 and have always found it to be worth the visit. The value for money is great and the food is decent. However, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. The flavors were lacking and the burrito was mostly filled with rice. Overall, it was a disappointment.

The delicious food at this restaurant was overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the server. I will not be returning here again. When placing an order, they ask for a name but then call it out by number. Additionally, I was embarrassed in front of other customers due to the server's disrespectful attitude.
This is my favourite restaurant, i stop off here twice a week with with my bud and 'El mex ' never disappoints. the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I feel that the other reviews on here have not had it enough times to know how brilliant it really is! five stars all around to the folks at el mexicana!
Whenever I go here they never seem to disappoint. The food is great as well as the service. With new ordering system it makes the ordering much easier and gives you a wider look at the menu. I have only ever encountered things going wrong 1 time.
good food for a good price, been coming here every Tuesday for a while now. People have said it's cold, but I drive home to Raunds and it's still warm then half an hour later.

A very nice treat Chocolate Tacos. £3.49 (A very reasonable price). I would say one between two would be plenty. Very sweet treat. It sets you up for the next 60 miles.
Ordered via Ubereats for a set time. Restaurant cancelled the order when the due time came around despite ordering 2 hours in a advance! Rubbish.
