El Mirador - Reserva de mesa

Visited here Sept 23 for dinner. When booking our holiday in Menorca, I had suggested this place to my wife as I had eaten here years ago and remember it being a stunning location and well worth visiting again. Well the location certainly hasn 't changed. it 's a great place to sit and watch the sky turn pink with the sunset. Shame the rest doesn 't match really. Food was not great. Their website states Enjoy our views . Note it doesn 't say Enjoy our food. ? The Lobster Paella was mediocre. Tasty but (and I know Lobster can be hit or miss) I think we had barely one fork full of Lobster between us. For the cost of eating here? Después de investigar el área y los restaurantes locales antes de nuestras vacaciones, este lugar parecía ser la joya de la corona y estábamos emocionados de comer aquí. This restaurant should be amazing, the location and view are stunning. Sadly it is let down by rude staff and mediocre, overpriced food. Visited last year (2022 and it was very disappointing. Decided maybe they’d been having an off day so gave it a second chance on our return to Cala Galdana, wish we hadn’t bothered! Won’t make that mistake again even if it does have the best view in town! I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews but seriously this place needs to give paying customers good service and food that deserved of such high prices. situado a la derecha de la playa, este restaurante tiene una bonita terraza al aire libre en la misma con bonitas vistas y especialmente para tomar una copa al atardecer, personal correcto y precios moderados para la zona. no se pierda el pequeño túnel a la izquierda de la terraza recomendada Reserva una mesa ahora

LO BUENO: Amplia terraza con impresionantes vistas. El calamar que pedimos estaba delicioso, el resto de los platos fueron simplemente correctos. LO MALO: Algunos empleados del servicio no fueron especialmente amables. No es precisamente económico.

Nice enough meal, waiter extremely rude. Didn't seem happy to be there. Lady waitress was lovely. Both male very rude. Husband needed help with opening crab.. male waiter.. who think was the manager..started shouting in Spanish.. very rude.

We decided to go for a drink. We’re shouted at by the waiter across the restaurant to sit inside. The food looked awful, we weren’t made to feel welcome so decided not to return for food.

The views are superb. Food is good. Reasonably priced wines and food. Child friendly. Not swish or fancy but one of the nicer eateries in the area.

Hemos comido dos dias en nuestro viaje a Menorca. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Son rápidos, amables y de buena calidad-precio. Recomendable!!
