El Parral Mexican - Reserva de mesa

Terrible experience! Every time I order from this restaurant, they NEVER include cheese in my dish! Is it really that difficult to add cheese? The prices are already high, and I'm willing to pay, but I expect to receive the cheese that's supposed to be in my meal! Just a sprinkle isn’t enough; the food ends up soaking it up and still being dry. This is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I pick up my food, it's dry, and even the burritos lack sauce, with barely any cheese on them. I've had enough! This treatment is an insult to your loyal customers who spend good money here. I'm done with this place and will be going to El Ranchito or Los Nortenos from now on. Typically, this restaurant is a good choice, but my recent experience was disappointing. After being seated, I waited 20 minutes before I could place my order. Once I finally ordered, it took another 20 to 30 minutes for my food to arrive at room temperature, and there wasn't any silverware provided. The waiter passed by our table multiple times to attend to other customers, despite only having a few tables to serve. I won't be dining in again.

I had the Enmoladas de Pollo on two occasions. The first time, they were excellent, but the second time was quite disappointing. The fried Lunch Chimichanga arrived drenched in wet tomatoes and sour cream, making it very soggy. As for the flan, it was smothered in Cool Whip and chocolate sauce, which seemed unnecessary. Overall, I was really disappointed with this experience.

I ordered chicken tenders and fries for my 2 yr old daughter and I didnt get any fries with my order. shes super picky and the fries were mainly what she was going to eat. we even got a container of ketchup so they remembered that part, but not the actual fries Reserva una mesa ahora

Good Mexican, restaurant and best in the overall area. Several people at our table had the OMG burrito and really liked it. Very limited. Vegetarian options. Great service and decent atmosphere. Definitely worth a try.

The food was incredible, and the only thing that surpassed it was the service. Our waiter was exceptional; he made us feel at ease and was attentive to all our needs.

The spinach cheese dip was delicious, but I was disappointed with how the Fajita Nachos turned out this time. However, I've had them before and really enjoyed them.

The chicken soup wasn't as tasty as it usually is, and it had very little avocado in it.
