El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

Eating was good, but when we came home, it seems that they gave us either someone else's order or they definitely screwed up ours. We've done well before, and we haven't had any real problems. Could be a good idea to check your order before you leave the restaurant. Great confusion on this order. Maybe the masks were the problem. Eating was good when we came home to eat it. Another visit. Experience worse than last time. Maybe we'll try another location. We didn't order a Zilantro on a salad and got it on both. Ordnete Maistortillas and got flour. You need more employees. Food is good, but not as ordered.

My husband I eat at this location at least once a week. Occasionally, a server throws a plate together too quickly and you’re shorted on an item. I’ve complained about this several times and when shown the problem, the staff immediately and without question, make up a new plate, or add in extra of the item.I don’t deliberately complain, but it’s your money. This location makes good for their error!

I went to El Pollo Loco because I believed Tacos. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos. You are not listed under? Our food? They were slandered and badly done, had hardly anything in them. They were extremely disappointing. I give a two star rating because I know that their other foods (Tostado Bowls) are decent (I tried them back for a while). I'm not going back soon.

Excellent food! The first time I saw their awesome name on a sign, I wondered how their food was. Now that I know, I wish I would have visited sooner. I love the way they prepare chicken. The menu has a lot of healthy options, and the condiment bar provides a different levels of spicy from mild to fiery. In sum: Yo amo el pollo loco!

Bad service, attitude, wrong order and when faced with it, will the employees become defensive (with input to prove in missing articles)? I live nearby and I would rather get something else with this consistency of bad service.
