El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

Eating was good, but when we came home, it seems that they gave us either someone else's order or they definitely screwed up ours. We've done well before, and we haven't had any real problems. Could be a good idea to check your order before you leave the restaurant. Great confusion on this order. Maybe the masks were the problem. Eating was good when we came home to eat it. Another visit. Experience worse than last time. Maybe we'll try another location. We didn't order a Zilantro on a salad and got it on both. Ordnete Maistortillas and got flour. You need more employees. Food is good, but not as ordered.

I went to El Pollo Loco because I believed Tacos. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos. You are not listed under? Our food? They were slandered and badly done, had hardly anything in them. They were extremely disappointing. I give a two star rating because I know that their other foods (Tostado Bowls) are decent (I tried them back for a while). I'm not going back soon.

Last 2 time I gave Pollo Loco my business I was disappointed. Well here I go again and at least they are consistent. The new Biria tacos turn out to be more like onion cilantro taco. You really have to go searching to find the $6.00 string of meat. NOT WORTH IT.

Bad service, attitude, wrong order and when faced with it, will the employees become defensive (with input to prove in missing articles)? I live nearby and I would rather get something else with this consistency of bad service.

The employees here deal with many customers and work really hard! You are really amazing! The food was delicious, don't forget the Tostada bowl! It's the place!
