El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I had to repeat My Order 9 times and they couldn't get it right after I got to the window. I had to ask for everything, sauce, napkins, everything. They were slow to answer, and kept me waiting, (the one on Century Blvd at Crenshaw) is Soooooo much better! Most of there store's, have people working for them, that their speech is hard to understand. Won't send anyone to this location.

How are you pollo loco? and not give any chicken on an order Original Pollo bowl , all rice, beans, salsa, no chicken.. This location is abysmal, always something . Whether their drive thru is closed early due to them making their own schedules, to messing up orders. Only got two stars cuz of the friendly service. Otherwise I?d give no stars if I could

I visited this el pollo loco at 11331 hawthorne blvd, inglewood, about 90304 for lunch. the chicken was not freshly grilled and were old. they were grilled at least one day earlier! fresh grills are not dried, hard and cold! the amount of salt/sodium in the chickens and the beans were very high!

Chicken tostada dry. Got to the hotel no utensils in the bag. Orange County has better El Pollos. Used the drive thru. Ordered shrimp tacos. Went to pay was told the shrimp was still frozen to order something else. Will not return.

I like to eat this, but I recommend this place not durty the works have no maniacs. I was there 08/27/22 I bought the 16 ps?
