El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I was very unhappy with my recent interaction with this Pollo Loco. I ordered a Baja Shrimp salad through the drive thru. I got home realized they gave me chicken instead. I do like the chicken, however I was really wanted to try their new item. My uncle went back to have them switch it. All they did was remove the chicken from the top and replace it with shrimp. I thought this was the wrong way to resolve the issue as it was their mistake to begin with, we had to waste time and gas to go back, and we still did not get what we asked for. I had the best experience at the drive threw yesterday the employee there I believe her name was patty has the best customers service ever she really made my day you don’t see that very often no more will definitely keep coming back here food was also delicious very warm the max and cheese was so cheesy and the nachos were nice and crunchy so good
