El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

My experience started when I ordered the chicken only for $13.99. The cashier asked me for the sides and I pointed to the menu which stated chicken only. She persisted the order came with two large sides so I gave in and gave her my two side selection. When I got my receipt I saw that I had been charged for the family meal at $24.00 plus. Not wanting to make a big fuss I went along. When we got home the chicken looked good till we started eating it. The brine or marinade used before grilling gave no flavor to the chicken. The chicken was left on low heat for sometime because it was tough like beef jerky. It is sad to find out that something that used to be very flavorful just lost it.

Love the food, but every time I go there? When I first went, did they say that they came back in 15 minutes because they just opened up?? Are you kidding? Are you all open at 1030? This is the first restaurant I go that has ever said that to me then the last time I went it 30 minutes for a 2 piece chest and wing combo

The food was tasteless. Will say the food came hot, but feel little flat. had to remove the guacamole because it saw something on the darker side to go badly. Chicken was a little fat for my pleasure.

The chicken is always cooked for perfection and has really good taste. Always taste fresh and side are always good, service is good and fast.

Ordnet an original pollo bowl to go. When I came home, there was no chicken in the bowl. I paid for a Pollo Bowl, but get beans and rice.
