El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

This El Pollo is a minute away from my house. Unfortunately, I won't come back. I stopped thinking that the employees just made an honest mistake to prepare my order. The problem is, almost every time I went to the place where I come home and miss something or put them onions and cilantro when I asked them to be sure not to put it on my food. It's partly my fault not to check before I get home, but I shouldn't. Its usually somewhat small as 25 cent order of tortillas they forget, but a few days ago it was a $4.00 order of rice. I've never called to inform her as usual, but this time I've really been disturbed. I would say 75% of the time when my order is wrong. I'm not willing to give my money to a restaurant that can't set up a better system to catch the little things that can ruin your experience.

It was my first time to eat here. I ordered chest and wings, broccoli and a side salad. The chicken was old and dry it was not edible. The broccoli was old and dry, and the side salad. The salad was brown. The whole meal went to the garbage. If I could give zero stars, I would. It is regrettable that the actual food they have served me does not reflect what they advertise on tv. I will not return

I just love their food. Had grilled chicken and tostadas. It was amazing. It?s so filling . Love the customer service too. It?s my go to place for Mexican food .

El pollo is loco for safe, served a good chicken. Good food is simple and perfect for me. Half chicken is perfect for someone like me hungry.
