My sister and I went here for lunch today and it was a total disaster. I waited 10 minutes behind 1 person to order. I?m assuming the manager that was there today was filling in from another location because he didn?t know where anything was. When Ifinally was able to place my order he was rushing me through and after I paid he disappeared for like 2 minutes before giving memy receipt. The floor by the drink dispensers was so sticky you could hardly walk through the area. The napkins smelled likemildew and our salads were $10 nothing was fresh. The bottom of the beverage dispensers was so sticky that it was difficult to walk in that area. The napkins smelled musty, and our $10 salads were anything but fresh. There were hardly any rice or beans in them, and each salad only had three pieces of very dry chicken. The dressing tasted off, almost like it had no flavor at all. The chairs were unclean, and there was a group of customers wandering around, which was quite distracting. I feel like the manager should have asked them to settle down. Don't go there, though the price went up everywhere for everything, some restaurants give you less food such as El Pollo. Unfriendly staff who gives less food than before which cost more. Terrible! It was my dinner... chicken tostada bowl. I am hungry again and trust me I don't eat alot. Montclair I used to go to often. And they give you your money's worth. I can't speak for nowadays tho because I have not gone in a long time. Anyway try Montclair or another location. Or go elsewhere for Mexican fast food.

Tonight, when we were asked if we were ready to order, my husband asked for a few minutes. A few seconds later, the employee asked again if we were ready to order. I requested just a minute, and his response was a dismissive "Oooook." Frustrated, we drove away once more. It's clear why there are no customers inside or in line. Terrible service. It took an eternity just to place my order at the drive-thru. When the cashier took my card, he snatched it from my hand and then tossed it back at me. They mixed up two separate orders and handed me a burrito that was only partially wrapped in foil. I also never received my receipt. I only wanted to pick up some food for my family. I will never return and I absolutely do not recommend this location.

Terrible Waiting Experience! I strongly recommend avoiding this place if your car's air conditioning is not functioning properly. I had to wait an excessively long time for my food at the Lollo Loco drive-thru, and the cashier appeared to be in a bad mood. Overall, my first visit here was quite disappointing.

There was a long line at the drive-thru, which ended up blocking customers who were trying to leave the sit-down area. I arrived around 6 PM and counted about nine cars waiting in line. As a result, the front row parking spaces near the entrance, including the handicap spots, were inaccessible.

Every time I order a salad here, they don't give me any suits!!! The whole reason I order a salad is for the Zilantro Dressing! Should I eat a dry salad?!? They also forgot one of my two sides for my family meal. What about this place?????
