I highly recommend Marco for his friendliness and efficiency. The two delicious chicken avocado tacos he prepared for me were exceptional, truly setting him apart from the rest. I visited today and ordered these tacos after a client from my salon specifically recommended them. When I asked Marco if he was a manager, he told me he wasn’t yet, but he’s working towards that goal. If any Pollo Loco franchises are looking for a manager, they would be lucky to have Marco in that role. -Christine, Granite Bay
Always have good meals and experiences here. Their food is great for the price! Staff have been friendly whenever I visit, the drive thru line moves quickly enough, and the food is always hot and fresh. I don?t live the closest to here, but it?s usuallyworth driving past the Taco Bell/Del Taco/even Adalberto?s/Carolina?s/CA Burrito to eat here. Lately their family meal deal hasbeen our go to. You get hella chicken and sides for only like $14. Can?t beat it!
Went today for lunch to try the chicken nachos. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed speaking with the cashier. I ordered the fire grilled lock nachos with cilantro creme. I thought they were good. I wished the chips were warm and the queso was hotter. I really enjoyed the flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy. They have a salsa bar with a few different choices that is pretty good. I have eaten here several times and have enjoyed it.
I ordered a Shredded Chicken Burrito, and it was hot and fresh. However, I noticed that the price has increased while the portion size seemed smaller compared to previous years. The burrito was tasty, but a bit dry—even with the extra sour cream I requested. The sour cream was only added to part of the burrito, so without it, it wouldn’t have been moist at all. Just went in last night, last min for the double chicken salad.where was the chicken? very little, hardly any avocado on it and the person at counter had to be told 4 x on what I wanted. Acted like she didn't care and was asleep at the wheel. Terrible service, told the manager and he apologized. I should get a credit for a free meal !; don't waste your time on this place !
I absolutely love the chicken at this restaurant. There's something special about the spices they use. The seating area is clean and pleasant, and the landscaping is beautiful with plenty of flowers. The staff is extremely helpful, often checking in to see if you need anything. I've always had a wonderful experience here.
