El Pollo Loco - Reservar una mesa

I ordered three chicken nacho. When I received my order, the chicken was grind up chicken breasts and dry and which I was told by the male cashier at the drive-thru window that the chicken nachos will be served with thigh meat. That was not true! I returned to the drive-thru and I asked for the manager the male cashier replied that the three nachos were prepared by the female manager. The female cashier refuse to accommodate or fix the issue with my 3 chicken nachos. Extremely poor customer service by the female manager on duty Sunday night 02/27/2022. I refuse to ever spend my money at this Pollo loco location again.

They did give me a new burrito, but when I got back to my car to eat, the tortilla soup was the worst I’ve ever tasted. The chicken tasted old and had a freezer-burned flavor, as if it had been thawed and refrozen. I work in restaurants, so I know what fresh should taste like, and this was not it. I ended up discarding everything and drove to Waba Grill instead. I spent $14 at the Pollo Loco on Rio Rancho Rd, and I will never be coming back to this place again.

Jackie, the girl at the front, has exceptional customer service skills. Every time I come here for lunch, I notice her remarkable patience with the customers. I don't think she gets as much recognition as she deserves, but I believe it’s important to acknowledge her efforts, especially when she handles difficult customers with such grace. The food here is fantastic as well; it always gives me a boost of energy for the rest of the day.

The prices are quite high, and the volume on the speaker system was really low, which forced me to go to the front window to complete my order. The gentleman who took my order was courteous, but I found the cost of the chicken and the quesadilla to be significantly overpriced.

I attempted to grab dinner, but even though they are supposed to be open until 9:00, they weren't answering the call at 8:15. Several cars were trying to get behind us. We decided to turn around.

This Polo Loco is the real deal! Full size chickens, ALL the sides, gentle folk to serve you, and cooked just right. Worth the drive! On my top 10 fast food Restaurants...for sure.

Super friendly staff, and I had special requests that they did without concerns. The chicken was cooked according to the specifications. The food was great.

To the chefs at this location, on December 16, 2023, around 4:30 PM: my wife and I enjoyed the best chicken and food we've ever had at an El Pollo Loco!

How do you run out of creamy Cilantro dressing??? I bought three salads and did not have enough and they don?t even have ranch.
