The security guard kinda just stands there, trying to intimidate people. He immediately gave off really bad vibes. The place looked empty at 11pm so we weren’t sure if it was maybe closed off for a private event; but of course, the lovely guard doesn’t at least say “ID please” he literally just stares. Maybe he should consider a job where he doesn’t have to interact with people at all. It’s not the type of energy you need when you’re just starting the night. The downstairs is fun though. Y’all just need a new guard.

The security guard was really rude. We were leaving the bar and my cousin accidentally tried exiting from the front door over the exit door. The security guard told her “you have glasses that’s what they’re there for”. He could’ve just let her out from that door. We saw people leave from the front door as we were walking up and leaving. I understand security does their job but there was no need to be rude about it if he’s letting people out the front door.

Went to this location and had a great time! The staff was very nice and open to answer any questions you have about the place. Since 2009, I've loved the ambiance, food, drink selection, and customer service at this restaurant. My dirty martinis are consistently delicious, the fish and chips are always crispy and perfectly cooked, and the bartending staff is incredibly friendly. It's a fantastic place!
